Your privacy is important to us. bizM3 respects and protects the privacy of our customers. We carefully ensure the confidentiality of each customer's account information. If you believe you have received unwanted, unsolicited message from a user via bizM3 system, please forward a copy of that message with your comments to Support@bizM3.com and bizM3 will take an appropriate action.

SUMMARY

To provide our customers with their own accurate, detailed billing information, we maintain detailed records. We will not sell this customer information in any form, including billing records, usage habits or type of service - to unaffiliated third parties. We will not provide customer email addresses to outside parties for the marketing of their products.

We will keep customers' personal information secure and confidential through safeguards such as secure encryption technology and by requiring user names and passwords to access personal information.

We may share necessary information with outside parties, such as shipping companies, to complete an order.

We may share necessary information with our network providers and carrier partners to the extent necessary to provide our services.

We may, where permitted by law, provide information to credit bureaus, or provide information and/or sell receivables to collection agencies, to obtain payment for bizM3-offered products and services.

bizM3 or one of our authorized agents may also use personal information to market and sell bizM3-offered products and services.

bizM3 does not disclose any of our customers' personal information to independent third parties for the marketing of third-party products and services.

WHAT ONLINE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

We use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by the recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

Every email correspondence bizM3 sends contains instructions on how to stop additional marketing emails.

HOW WE USE AND HANDLE ELECTRONIC DATA

bizM3 corporate Web sites are not designed to attract children under the age of 18 and bizM3 does not knowingly collect personal information from children on our Web sites.

Ordering products and services from bizM3 is limited to adults age 18 or over or as otherwise legally defined.

Our Privacy Policy is regularly reviewed and revised to make sure we continue to serve the best interests of our customers.

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this Policy, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If, however, we are going to use personal information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify Web visitors by posting a notice on our Web site for 30 days.
