HCMDA (Hierarchical Content Management and Distribution Architecture) is a state-of-the-art enterprise level content management and distribution platform that allows you to create a multi-tiered user account structure on which your staff can collaborate remotely via the platform on a campaign. You may rearrange your account structure at any time to accommodate new campaign assignments or staff changes. You may also distribute selected content to specific account groups with just a few clicks. This patent pending technology will optimize your work flow efficiency within the organization regardless of the geographic or hierarchical nature of the organization.

Ad Agency/Ad Network Model

Businesses such as Ad agencies, Ad networks, marketing solution providers, print media and system integrators, can easily expand into Mobile and/or Digital Signage advertising, and benefit from interactive consumer feedback.

An agency can manage all client accounts from a single root account or from multiple Content Manager Accounts. Each Display Location Account may either be billed to the agency or billed to the client using our payment system. There is no limit to the number of User and Display Location Accounts you can add to the account structure, thereby allowing very large enterprises to efficiently use the platform.

You, as an Agency, have the option of giving your clients the right to access the content from a user account or not. If you want to grant the access right, you also have the choice of letting your clients view the content for the purpose of proof reading only or to let your clients participate in running the campaigns.

From your clients' point of view, they each have their own work space and your clients will not be able to see other client accounts under any circumstances.

As your business expands, you can increase your resources to handle the work load by adding additional User Accounts. You may rearrange your account structure to optimize the work flow. In this example, you can create a layer of Account Managers managing a layer of Content Managers below. The Account Managers can access and monitor the User Accounts of the Content Managers that are assigned to them. Each Content Manager has a segregated work space and will not be able to see Display Location Accounts that are not directly assigned to that Content Manager.

Note: The role assigned to each of the layers of accounts given here is for ILLUSTRATION PURPOSE ONLY. You can construct your own work flow according to your organization needs.
